Would
you like the opportunity for air travel perks while working close to
home and family? Do you genuinely like dealing with people? If so, you
might like to work in Check In.
You will be working in the terminal, using computers to provide customer
service to incoming passengers and assisting with tagging luggage, baggage
check in, purchasing tickets, making or changing reservations, seat
assignment
and also provide directions to departure gates, answer inquiries about
flight schedules and fares and verify reservations by phone.
If you’re stationed at the boarding gates, you will be responsible for
processing and boarding passengers.
Yours is a highly visible role at the airport, so you will be required
to wear a uniform and identification. You will also be willing to work
varied shifts and schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays and
some overtime. An outgoing and friendly personality will help you get
the job.
